My little Snow White

Finally a day she can be Snow White all day long...

Every single day she wakes me up and asks if she can where a princess dress.
Even at her preschool they have a dress up area and every time she goes she is princess Barbie.

She is just a typical little girl...dreams of being a princess.

She always tells me.."Mama, you're the Queen and I'm the Princess" ..at least she has that right! lol..

So this year was fun taking her around town dressed up. She got smiles from everyone we passed.
First at storytime at the library, the Farmer's Market and then the grocery store. She was the center of attention..and she loved it.

We pass by these fruit trees almost everyday so I wanted to have a little spur of the moment photo session with little Miss Snow White.

It was perfect and she did good (mostly because she got to suck on that lollipop!).

When we were at the grocery store a little old lady stopped us and was commenting on how cute Natalie looked, then she went on to tell me about how when she was a kid she watched Snow White when it first came out in theaters in the 1930's. She said her parents would just drop off their children so they could go run errands and she would be there for hours watching it 2 or 3 times and would know all the songs and dances by the time their parents came to pick them up.

At the Pumpkin Patch

Happy Fall! I love, love, LOVE this time of year!

The leaves falling, the crisp fogging air, the smells, apple cider, the sweathers & boots and of course pumpkins everywhere!

I love seeing pumpkin patches scattered around the city and visiting the local farmer's market to pick up fruits and veggies that are in season and of course buy a bundle of fall time flowers.

Fall is lovely.

So I've actually convinced my hubby to go to two different pumpkin patches with me just becuase I love them..and I wouldn't mind visiting another one before the season is over! yeah...this was just a little one down the street from our home, there wasn't much but we enjoyed it and Natalie loved the mini petting zoo. She got to hold a chicken for the first time and she had the biggest smile. She is a little animal  lover.

Goodbye Summer...

This summer was pretty great. It did go by fast just like every summer it seems. I've noticed as we get older, the seasons seem shorter. That must happen to everyone.

We did lots of playing, weekend getaways, beach, lake, camping, smores, ice cream, bike rides, festivals, swimming, dancing, loving and hugging and lots of I love you's.

Thank you God for my family and all the good times we've had!

We even got to take a vacation! Woo-hoo! We went to the central coast (of California)..it was awesome! Best vacation so far! We went to San Luis Opisbo, Hearst Castle, Morro Bay, Sanata Barbara, Carpenteria, Cambria, Solvang...it was great! Kinda like a road trip, but we did stay at some nice places along the way and saw some amazing sights. I've always wanted to travel to the central coast, there's still more I'd like to explore but for now I am happy. I will be sharing some photos from our trip soon. :)

And now it's time to say goodbye to summer..it was great knowing you..until next year! Here's a few photos from our vacation, this was at Carpenteria..a very pretty beach.
