Scrapbooking and Project Life overload..

I'm a little (ok, a LOT!) behind on posting my finished scrapbook and Project Life pages. Opps!

I'm still trying my best to keep up with Project Life..I guess right now the thing that is setting me back is editing my pictures..I can't get them printed unless they are edited! I know..weird..but I love to edit them, it's just a bit time consuming.

So something I discovered that I'm so happy I found, is that Walgreens now has an app that you can print your instagram pics from and that has been a time saver! The photos come out really good and they are done in a few hours..no waiting around to have them shipped! Score! :)

I just wanted to share a few pages I've finished recently. This 1st one is using a sketch from Inspired Blueprints (love their sketches!).  I've been trying  to add a lot more sewing into my pages too for an extra touch. I love the wayt it comes out..

Isn't that tag cute!? I made it myself on my Cricut. :)

This page I was inspired by a post on the Two Peas in a Bucket blog about letting yourself be inspired..so I had some fun with this and loved the way it came out. :)

I'm so behind on posting my Project life pages, so instead of sharing the last 6 weeks I've done I'll just share the last one I finshed. (it's from the end of March! ack!) I think it's time to play catch up for sure!

So here's week 13.

Thanks fo stopping by. :)

Project Life Weeks 7 and 8

Two more weeks done and another ready to post.. (soon)

Week 7 of my Project Life album filled up quick..with it being Valentine's week. We spent the day with my sister and her cutie pie kids.

Week 8 we took another trip to the San Diego Wild Animal Park, and Natalie played with her cousins and in the snow. :)

I'm so glad I'm documenting our lives this way..especially since the days seem to be flying by so quickly...
Week 7

Week 8

I've been a little obsessed with adding arrows to my pages and I got an idea that I'm so proud of..

If you have a Cricut or any other die cutter this will be super easy!

I just cut out lots of different shapes and sizes and diff colors of arrows...
and viola!...
Crafty, yes.

Project Life- Week 6

Hello there.

Playing catch up on my Project Life 2013 album.

I'm enjoying this process so much I've been considering going back the past few years and starting albums for all the years I've missed.

It might be a bit time consuming but I think in the end it will be totally worth it.

After reading this blog post about how this girl went back the past 9 years and caught up using Proj. Life..I think I might be able to tackle this!

I know Natalie will love looking at these albums in the future...she already loves looking through the pages I've finished..she points out a picture and says "Look!! I remember! That's me!" ..so cute..

So here is my completed week 6..

Project Life: Week 4 and 5

Project Life-ing.

Catching up on weeks 4 and 5...I've actually been pretty on top of staying on top of things (does that make sense? lol).

I've been enjoying this process and like I mention in this post the hard part is choosing which photos to use because I like to snap a billions pictures whenever we are out doing things.

These days are definetly flying by, so it's great to be able to do something like Project Life to remember all the small things of our daily lives. :)

Enough with the chatting...here's my wk. 4 andd wk. 5. Enjoy.  *_*

Project Life 1st Weeks-1-3

I've been catching up with my Project Life pages lately.

Editing pictures and ordering them has been a bit of a process, but I don't mind. I waited so patiently (not!) for my pictures to be delievered..next time I will just Walgreens them and pick 'em up in an hour!

I have been enjoying this process of a photo -almost every- day..actually the hard part for me while doing this is choosing which picture to add because I have too many to choose from! I guess that's not a bad problem to have.

Once I get my camera out I get a little carried away and snap, snap, snap!

What's wrong with 50 pictures of my daughter playing with bubbles?

Ya, I'm one of those moms...lol

Anywho..here's my 1st batch of Proj. Life...weeks 1-3

Week 1

Week 2

Week 3

That's a whole lot of Natalie! lol...I decided I'm gonna try to sneak into a few pictures too. :)

By the way I've been on the look out for some good deals on washi tape and came across this site..

I'm off to add some to my collection! :)

Hello 2013- My 1st Project Life page

So after a bit of pinning tons of ideas on Pinterest I finally caved and decided to try Project Life.

It really is a simple way to scrapbook, but I think I actually like this way better.

It's sooo much less time consumming and all your focus goes into the photos that you capture instead of all the littlle details...now I do love those little details, but this is a great alternative to easy, simple and quick scrappin'!

Here's an instagrammed pic of my 1st page..

After getting some supplies I feel like I am on my way to doing some awesome pages.

Lovin' my new washi tape. It's perfect for Proj. Life!

Now I just need to print some pictures asap to keep up week by week!

I started a Project Life board on Pinterest too for some inspration.

My Project Life board

Happy Scrappin'! :)
